What speed should I get on Jazz?
With the biggest customer base, Jazz towers in crowded urban areas can be heavily loaded in the evening. Signal strength indoors makes a large difference.
Your package speed is the maximum. A fair test is several runs at your usual locations and times. If you consistently get far less, collect screenshots of at least three results on different days before complaining.
