What is Worldcall?
Worldcall is one of Pakistan's older broadband providers, offering internet over cable TV-style networks (hybrid fiber-coaxial) and fiber in selected areas.

| Type | Cable broadband |

| Coverage | Parts of Lahore, Karachi and some other cities. |

What speed should I get on Worldcall?
Cable connections are shared between neighbours on the same segment, so evening slowdowns can be larger than on fiber. Upload is usually much lower than download.
Your package speed is the maximum. A fair test is on a LAN cable at a quiet time. If you consistently get far less, collect screenshots of at least three results on different days before complaining.
Why is Worldcall slow? Common problems and fixes
| Symptom | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Big evening slowdown | Shared cable segment is congested. Record day vs night tests and report. |
| Low upload | Normal for cable — see the upload test page. |

Worldcall FAQs
Is cable internet as good as fiber?
Usually not. Cable is shared between nearby users and has lower upload. Fiber is more stable. See fiber vs DSL vs 4G.
